Both the plate and the 16 keys are crafted from stainless steel and a large LCD alphanumeric display guides visitors through the call process as well as providing an index of users. LED icons indicate the system status and an optional induction loop can be added to assist those with impaired hearing. The four models available provide options for video or audio only, either with or without proximity reader cut-out.
